Looking for a full-time padel professional thats highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated to coach Padel to individuals and groups of all ages and abilities.
The company has indoor padel courts and provides lessons to students of all ages and levels. Located in a prime location in the center of Muscat.
– Provide private and group Padel coaching services to students of all ages and abilities. Programs include group coaching, free play, social tennis, and private lessons.
– Plan/assist in implementing padel tournaments and events. Host social events, deliver briefings and generally interact with players at all times.
– Promote Padel programme and actively aim to increase participation
– Responsible for courts and equipment maintenance and preparation
– Cultivate a fun and energetic environment to engage students on an individual and group basis
– 6-day work week
– Ensure health and safety is to the highest standard both on and off the courts
– Take personal responsibility for the maintenance, repair and security of Academy equipment and the satisfactory appearance of Academy sites to ensure the meeting of player expectations
– Work as part of a team to set up, pack up, and proactively provide assistance to all players using the Padel equipment each day
– Prepare a monthly plan and report to management on events planned, and achievements.
– At least 2 years of experience as a Padel coach OR former professional Padel player.
– Experience in executing various programs within a club or academy
– Good communicator (both written and verbal- in English-mandatory) and friendly personality.
– Creative with a “Can-do” attitude.
– Good computer skills.
– Ability to deliver fun, engaging, safe and informative Padel sessions.
– Knowledge of Mini Padel.
– Able to work on own initiative and follow verbal and written instructions
