The Mouratoglou Tennis Center at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón is seeking a passionate and motivated Tennis Coach to join our elite team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, professional, and committed to helping players of all ages and levels reach their full potential.
The Mouratoglou Tennis Center at the Ritz Carlton Naples, Tiburon offers a chance to experience luxury at a beautiful resort. The center features 4 outdoor har-tru courts, offering top-tier tennis training for all levels.
Responsibilities:
·Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence by providing personalized, anticipatory service that enhances the client experience at every touchpoint.
·Uphold and exemplify the core values and standards of both The Ritz-Carlton and Mouratoglou brands at all times, serving as an ambassador both on and off the court.
·Conduct private and group tennis lessons for juniors and adults of all skill levels.
·Implement the Mouratoglou methodology to ensure a consistent and high-quality coaching experience.
·Assist in organizing and running tennis clinics, camps, marketing activities, special events and other business operations.
·Provide players with technical, tactical, mental, and physical instruction.
·Maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment on and off the court.
·Communicate effectively with members, guests, parents, and fellow staff.
·Support administrative duties such as scheduling, reports, and feedback when required.
·Collaborate with the coaching team to ensure player development and program success.
·Perform court maintenance to support the team when needed.
Requirements:
·Available to work long hours, weekends, and holidays.
·USTA Safe Play Certificate required.
·USPTA / PTR certification or equivalent preferred.
·Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
·Knowledge of USTA and UTR structures for both Adult and Junior levels
·Proven experience coaching both adults and juniors.
·Must have experience working with more than one player on the court at a time, up to four simultaneously.
·Must report directly to the Head Coach on a daily and weekly basis.
Profile:
·Experienced Tennis Professional preferably with a business/management degree or proven business background
·The Ritz Carlton/Mouratoglou standards: ability to consistently deliver exceptional service on & off the court with a commitment to excellence
·Commitment to delivering high-quality coaching in alignment with the Mouratoglou Methodology.
·Based in the U.S., (Florida preferred). No visa sponsorship available.
·Minimum 3 years of experience coaching juniors and adults across all levels.
·Business-oriented, with a focus on helping drive revenue. Strong background in sales & marketing. Able to support client retention and growth.
·Exceptional communication, customer service, interpersonal skills and a passion for racket sports are essential.
·Proactive and detail oriented and highly organized
·8.5 UTR minimum
