Job duties and responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coach in ON-SITE summer tennis camp for kids ages 6-16 in Southampton, OFF-SITE private tennis lessons, and group classes for both adults and kids at various private/public locations in the Hamptons assigned.
- Demonstrate and instruct students the proper technical skills as well as tactical, ensuring a well-rounded game and FUN of players
- Work within the established methods of teachings, respect and adhere to all company policies
- Organize and promote events
- Must be proactive and be a team player to assist in different areas of the company whenever necessary

- Must understand the junior progressions (Red, Orange, Green and Yellow ball) and can implement this in any tennis lesson
- Love having fun and playing games with young children
Education/ Experience/Requirements :
- High School Diploma/GED or pursuing Bachelor’s Degree/graduate
- Competing/competed in College Tennis
- USTA NetGeneration Certification is required as a condition of employment
- USTA or USPTR certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching lessons to adults and juniors of all levels
- Must speak fluent English
- Valid driver’s license required
- Legal to work in the US

- 15 – 20 hours on site tennis camp (plus 10-20 off site private lesson hours)
