Senior Tennis & Padel Coach
Professional Tennis & Padel Club is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Coach to join our team on a long-term basis.
We are seeking a passionate professional who is committed to delivering exceptional coaching while playing a key role in the daily operations and development of the club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality private and group coaching sessions.
- Organise and lead group clinics, social mix-ins, tournaments, and club events.
- Develop and support players of all ages and skill levels.
- Provide professional coaching advice and player consultations.
- Participate in the daily planning and coordination of the coaching schedule.
- Work closely with the club management and coaching team.
- Maintain the highest standards of coaching, professionalism, and customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven coaching experience in tennis and/or padel.
- Recognised coaching qualification (Level 1, Level 2, or higher preferred).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Passion for developing players and growing the club community.
