Our client is seeking an active, energetic, and highly motivated Tennis Coach to lead and manage tennis operations in a premium lifestyle resort in the Maldives.

The coach will be responsible for private lessons, group clinics, tournaments, and full tennis court operations while actively engaging with guests throughout their stay.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver private tennis lessons for adults and juniors
Conduct dynamic group clinics for all levels
Organize and manage social tournaments and tennis events
Maximize guest participation and court bookings
Oversee full tennis court operations (scheduling, equipment, presentation)
Promote racket rentals and retail sales
Maintain professional representation of BM Tennis Lifestyle
Actively engage with guests on and off the court
Former professional tennis player (strongly preferred)
Certified tennis coach (ITF, ATP, PTR, or equivalent internationally recognized certification)
National coaching certificate or recognized coaching degree
Previous experience working in a resort or hospitality environment (highly desirable)
Strong English communication skills (other language is a strong advantage)
Active, energetic, and socially confident
