We are recruiting a Padel Coach/Player for an exciting opportunity at our top luxury partner resort in the Maldives during festive season (2-4 weeks over Christmas and new year).
LUX Tennis / LUX Padel – is a tennis management company based in Spain and operating worldwide.
Providing all level Padel instructions adapted to every client
Promoting the Padel program on-site.
Taking initiatives to maximize revenue.
Scheduling, communicating and following up on all the Padel bookings.
Communicating and keeping track of all Padel activities and in charge of the financial Padel revenue.
Attending management meetings.
Presenting a positive image to the resort, staff members, and guests through his behavior and actions at all times.
Working closely with resort and other departments to promote and sell Padel offerings.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction.
Professional, Sociable, Dynamic
High Padel level of playing (Top player with a ranking would be preferred)
Fluent English and additional languages would be a plus
