We are recruiting a professional Tennis + Padel Coach to work in our luxury partner resort in Italy 🇮🇹

We are a leading management company, providing tennis, padel and pickleball services to 40+ top luxury hotels globally
Providing all level tennis instructions adapted to every client
Promoting the tennis/padel program on-site
Taking initiatives to maximize revenue
Scheduling, communicating and following up on all the tennis bookings
Communicating and keeping track of all tennis/padel activities and in charge of the financial revenue
Attending management meetings
Presenting a positive image to the property, staff members, and guests through his behavior and actions at all times
Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction
✅ High-level tennis skills – Former or current ATP / WTA / ITF players preferred 🎾
✅ Knowledge of Padel
✅ Coaching experience – Experience in luxury resorts is a plus 🏝️
✅ Fluent in English 🇬🇧 (Italian and/or other languages highly appreciated)
✅ Professional & engaging personality – Delivering world-class Tennis/Padel experiences
