We are recruiting a professional Tennis + Pickleball Coach to work in our luxury partner resort in Italy 🇮🇹
📆 May 28th to September 29th
✅ High-level tennis skills – Former or current ATP / WTA / ITF players preferred 🎾
✅ Knowledge of pickleball
✅ Coaching experience – Experience in luxury resorts is a plus 🏝️
✅ Fluent in English 🇬🇧 (Italian and/or other languages highly appreciated)
✅ Professional & engaging personality – Delivering world-class Tennis/Padel experiences
Providing all level tennis and pickleball instructions adapted to every client
Promoting the tennis/pickleball program on-site
Taking initiatives to maximize revenue
Scheduling, communicating and following up on all the bookings
Communicating and keeping track of all tennis/pickleball activities and in charge of the financial revenue
Attending management meetings
Presenting a positive image to the property, staff members, and guests through his behavior and actions at all times
Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction
