- Deliver high-quality private and group padel coaching sessions.
- Lead ladies' clinics and beginner development programs
- Develop and manage a junior academy for boys and girls.
- Organize and support tournaments, exhibitions, and club events.
- Build strong relationships with members and foster an inclusive padel community.
- Create engaging content for the club's social media platforms and assist with promotional activities.
- Ensure a professional, energetic, and welcoming environment for all members.
- Promote the club's coaching programs and contribute to membership growth.
- Maintain high coaching standards and represent the club professionally.
Venue and Company description
Our Padel Club is a premium semi-indoor padel facility located in Lusaka, Zambia. Our vision is to build the country's leading padel community by offering world-class coaching, premium facilities, engaging events, and an exceptional customer experience. Our facility features panoramic courts, a spectator lounge, a kids' play area, and a café and lounge currently under development.
Job duties and responsibilities
- International coaching experience.
- Experience conducting academies, clinics, tournaments, and community events.
- Knowledge of social media content creation and club promotion.
- Ability to contribute to business growth through member engagement and coaching programs.
Candidate qualifications and skills
- Certified Padel Coach.
- European nationality or currently based in Europe.
- Fluent in Spanish with good English communication skills.
- Minimum 2–3 years of coaching experience in padel.
- Experience coaching women, juniors, and beginner players.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills.
- Professional, energetic, positive, and community-focused personality.
- Willingness to relocate to Lusaka, Zambia.
