We are looking for highly committed tennis coaches to join one of the most structured tennis communities and private coaching programmes in Singapore.
Coaching Responsibilities
Successful candidates should be able to deliver:
Mini Tennis (4–6 years old)
Kids Group
Adults Group
Private lessons for Kids
Private lessons for Adults
BTennis Colour Certification Programme
Participate in BTennis Camps and Special Events
This position is ideal for coaches who enjoy developing players of all levels, working in an international environment, and building a long-term professional life in Singapore and Asia.
Private Residences and Public Tennis Centres in Singapore
The coach will be responsible for delivering high-quality tennis coaching programmes for players of different ages and levels, including group lessons, private lessons, events and camps.
General responsibilities include:
Deliver structured tennis lessons according to BTennis coaching standards
Provide a positive and professional learning environment for students
Communicate effectively with students and parents
Maintain accurate attendance records and basic lesson administration
Follow BTennis procedures and coaching systems
Participate in BTennis events, camps and coach education workshops
Contribute positively to the BTennis team and coaching community

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of full-time tennis coaching experience
ITF Gold or Silver coaching qualification (or equivalent)
University degree or equivalent post-secondary qualification preferred
International coaching or working experience preferred
High playing level
Experience in Singapore or Asian tennis industry preferred
Mandarin Chinese language skills preferred
Skills
Ability to coach Mini Tennis (4–6 years old)
Ability to deliver kids' and adult group lessons (up to 6 players per court)
Ability to coach adult beginners
Ability to coach performance junior players
Ability to coach advanced adult players
Ability to deliver BTennis Colour Certification Programme
Ability to coach efficiently using minimal and adapted equipment without relying extensively on basket feeding
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Structured and organised approach
Good scheduling, lesson planning and attendance management skills
Ability to follow BTennis procedures and coaching standards
Proactive and able to take initiative
Reliable, punctual and professional
Caring and fair approach with students
Willingness to learn and undergo continuous training
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to adapt to coaching players of different ages and levels
Comfortable coaching outdoors in Singapore's climate
