Padel Klein Zwitserland, a vibrant club connected with Hockey Club Klein Zwitserland, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Padel Coach to join our team. This role combines teaching padel with managing club operations, focusing on growing our padel school and enhancing member experiences.
Venue and Company description
Padel Klein Zwitserland is located in The Hague, Netherlands, within the serene surroundings of Hockey Club Klein Zwitserland. We currently have 4 outdoor courts, with plans for expansion to an additional 4.5 semi-covered court. A new clubhouse with enhanced facilities is also expected soon, providing an even better experience for our members.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Conduct padel lessons and clinics for players of all levels.
- Develop and implement training programs for individuals and groups.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the club, including scheduling, facilities management, and member relations.
- Promote and market padel activities to attract new members and increase participation.
- Collaborate with the hockey club for joint events and activities.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and member satisfaction.
Candidate qualifications and skills
- Proven experience as a padel coach with a strong background in teaching and developing players.
- Previous experience in club management or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
