PADEL COACH JAKARTA

Job Summary

We are looking for a Padel coach to join our team in a brand-new Padel club with 7 courts in Jakarta, Indonesia. We offer you 5 daily hours of work with juniors/adults groups.

Padel is a very rapidly growing and popular sport in Jakarta, Indonesia so you have great opportunities to become a part of the community very fast.

• 100 hours of coaching a month.
• Overtime 350k per hour after 100 hours
• Organizing to running events 250k an hour.

We are the biggest Padel court in Jakarta. In these courts, you will find a very friendly and strong team, always ready to help you with all you need. Job duties and responsibilities

As Padel Coach, you will, together with the team and Club Manager, be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive padel programme and increasing participation and memberships at the club. You will put customer satisfaction at the heart of our club, ensuring both members, guests and staff are having a great experience of the sport and our Smash Padel Team, all whilst ensuring a safe & legal environment in our club at all times.

• Co-ordination and management of all on-court padel activities and effectively communicate details to customers and staff.
• Drive new initiatives to increase participation.
• Co-ordinate the outreach programmes, including delivery in local schools, community groups and develop links with universities, colleges and other organisations.
• Deliver private lessons according to customer demands, group lessons and host social tournaments.
• Ensure and promote equality of opportunity, respecting diversity and recognising the needs of different groups and individuals.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all customers and advise the club manager of any issues over court safety or disrepair.

Candidate qualifications and skills

We are looking for a positively minded, motivated and real ambassador of our sport. You are open to learning and aligning with our team values. Administrative and communicate efficiently and professionally with clients and colleagues. In addition to this we believe the right person has the following qualifications:

• Have and maintain an LTA coaching qualification and accreditation.
• Hold valid First Aid and Safeguarding certificates.
• Good time management skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills (high fluency in English).
• Comfortable with social media (don’t need to be a content creator).
• True passion for the sport and want to become an ambassador for the Padel Club both internally and externally.
