Job duties and responsibilities
- Coach players of all levels, with a focus on high-performance development
- Design training sessions tailored to individual player needs
- Collaborate with fitness and performance staff
- Track player progress and provide regular feedback
Candidate qualifications and skills
- Female coach with experience coaching or competing at WTA/ITF level
- Past WTA ranking is a strong plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with players of various ages and competitive levels
Benefits
- Base salary 6000 EUR, plus overtime compensation for additional hours (500 HKD per hour)
