We are seeking a passionate and qualified Tennis Coach to join our dynamic sports program in China. This position involves coaching players of various ages and skill levels—from beginners to competitive athletes. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, international coaching experience (preferred), and a dedication to player development and high performance.
Located in Xinqiao Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, developed by Heilan Group, the Heilan Pegasus International Tennis Academy is an integral part of the Hilan Pegasus Sports Park. Spanning a well – planned area, it’s a specialized tennis training and experience hub. Equipped with a total of 18 professional tennis courts, including indoor and outdoor ones to suit different weather and training needs, the academy offers a comprehensive range of services. It caters to all levels, from beginners picking up rackets for the first time to advanced players honing skills.
Design and deliver tennis training sessions tailored to age, skill, and developmental goals.
Develop individualized player improvement plans.
Teach fundamental techniques, advanced tactics, fitness, and mental conditioning.
Organize and manage matches, tournaments, and competitive events.
Monitor and report player progress; provide regular feedback to players and parents.
Support club/academy promotional events and community outreach programs.
Proven experience as a Tennis Coach.
National or international coaching certification ( , ITF, PTR, or USPTA).
Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, strategies, and conditioning.
Experience coaching children and/or competitive junior or adult players.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Positive, motivating coaching style with cultural sensitivity.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
English fluency required.
