Tennis Coaching opportunity at Harvest Tennis Academy, Jassowal.
Main focus : ITF Futures players/ Best Juniors / ITF Junior players
Contract : 1 year (with 3 months of Probation period)
Infrastructure : The Best in India (11 Deco Turf Hard Courts -Same as US Open – plus 3 clay courts)
Coaches at the Academy : We are about 5 coaches from different parts of India and the world. Also, 1 fitness coach and 1 physio.
School : We have an International School which is attached to our tennis academy. (Cambridge Curriculum)
Observe and coach players, provide on-the-job training to the coaching staff
Administering and organizing tennis programs for the advancement of juniors and/or collegiate players.
Plan daily training programs
Design developmental plans
Create overall program structures within the context of teaching method.
Travel to major junior tennis events to promote the Academy
The candidate should possess experience administering and organizing tennis programs for the advancement of juniors and/or collegiate players.
The candidate must possess excellent verbal communication skills. This includes interacting with and relating to players of all ages, particularly ages 8 to 21.
The candidate should also be comfortable communicating with parents and coaches.
The candidate should possess excellent written skills and be able to write up daily training programs and developmental plans and create overall program structures within the context of our teaching method.
The position will require frequent traveling, including travel to major junior tennis events to promote the Academy, observe and coach players, provide on-the-job training to the coaching staff, and perform other duties as assigned.
Salary : USD $8,000
