The Position
Reporting directly to the Director of Adult/ Junior Tennis, the Tennis Coach will teach lessons, classes, programs, clinics and events hosted at/by Greater Midland Tennis Center. Any teaching outside of the Tennis Center is prohibited unless approved by the immediate Supervisor or Executive Director. The Tennis Coach will work to ensure members and guests of Greater Midland have the best experience possible. The Tennis Coach must maintain high personal standards and adhere to, and carry out, the

Major Job Responsibilities
Teach lessons, classes, programs, clinics and events.
Participate in regular staff trainings and meetings.
Effectively communicate with members, guest and staff.
Teach only at Greater Midland Tennis Center.
Consistently demonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with Greater Midland Values.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the tennis industry (coaching, playing, etc.)
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
A passion to create a memorable customer experience for our members and guests.
