Head Coach – Go Tennis

Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Head Coach to take the reins at Go Tennis, a thriving, independent coaching programme with two fantastic venues (six courts, all floodlit) and a strong player base across juniors, adults, and schools.

What’s on offer?

£30 -£35 per hour for group coaching

Set your own rates for private lessons (£35-45)

25 hours of group coaching per week

10+ hours of private lessons available (plus capacity for you to continue with your existing)

Complete independence – run your sessions your way

Coaching at private homes – exclusive opportunities

Junior & adult coaching, school programmes, holiday camps

Financial incentives for running holiday camps

Flexible schedule – choose your own hours

Person specification

We’re looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced tennis coach to lead and grow our coaching programme. The ideal candidate will be:

LTA Level 3 (or above) qualified – or working towards it.

Experienced in coaching all ages and abilities – from tots to competitive players.

A great communicator – engaging, approachable, and able to inspire players.

Reliable and organised – able to manage sessions, bookings, and private clients.

Proactive and independent – with the freedom to shape your own coaching career.

Enthusiastic about growing tennis – helping to build a strong club community.

This role offers a fantastic earning potential, flexibility, and the chance to work in a supportive and thriving tennis environment.
