We are launching a new location in Abu Dhabi, and we are seeking a highly motivated Tennis coach to help us develop the program in this new location. It's in a British school with 3 shaded tennis courts. The coach will be responsible for growing the number of kids, promoting our brand across the community surrounding the school, and the school as well.
He will be teaching kids, adults, and high-performance kids. So we will be covering all types of players

Cranleigh school in Saadiyat island

Coaching lessons and overseeing other coaches as well, and looking after the whole venue, and doing whatever is needed to increase revenue and grow the program in the school
Speaking English very fluently.
Great communication skills.
Experience running a tennis program and growing it.
Being organised and able to run his own schedule and other coaches as well.
Talk to parents and meet their demands.
Follow the school rules and make sure we don't break any laws
Residency. Insurance. If targets are met by the end of the year by the head coach, he will receive shares in our academy. To be discussed
