Oversee and quality assure the junior program with over 250 weekly players.
Serve as a resource for junior players, parents, and coaches within the team.
Submit updated goals and activity reports as requested.
Cultivate relationships with volunteers who can assist the development of the program.
Develop and maintain relationships with school administrators.

At least 3 years industry experience, preferably in a managerial role.
Presentation skills, particularly to large groups of people.

LTA Accredited + or international equivalent.
Managerial experience.
£35k circa plus benefits. Must have own visa for working in the UK.
