We have a dynamic tennis community across 4 clubs throughout the Milwaukee area, playing on 30 indoor courts and 5 outdoor courts.
1. Coaching & Instruction
Deliver high-quality private and group tennis lessons to players of all ages and skill levels.
Develop customized lesson plans to improve players’ technique, strategy, and overall performance.
Conduct junior development programs, clinics, camps, and adult drills that align with club standards and member goals.
Use clear communication, positive reinforcement, and progress tracking to enhance learning and motivation.
2. Member Engagement & Service
Provide an exceptional member experience through friendly, professional, and enthusiastic interactions.
Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment on and off the court.
Support new member integration by helping connect players with appropriate programs, leagues, and partners.
Represent the club’s hospitality and values in all member interactions.
3. Program Development & Support
Assist in planning, promoting, and executing club events, leagues, and tournaments.
Contribute creative ideas for programming that drives participation and engagement.
Help coordinate and staff seasonal programs (summer camps, junior team tennis, social mixers).
Track attendance, player progress, and feedback to evaluate program success.
4. Business & Revenue Growth
Drive lesson and clinic participation to meet or exceed personal and departmental revenue goals.
Promote additional club services (stringing, retail, fitness, events) through authentic, consultative conversation.
Maintain accurate records of sessions, attendance, and billing in club systems.
Support marketing initiatives by contributing to flyers, social media, and in-house promotions.
5. Professionalism & Team Contribution
Arrive prepared and on time for all lessons, clinics, and meetings.
Collaborate with fellow pros and operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling and court usage.
Maintain courts, equipment, and teaching areas in excellent condition.
Participate in staff meetings, ongoing education, and training opportunities.
Model the club’s core values — professionalism, teamwork, ownership, quality, and celebration.
