Key Responsibilities • Diverse Coaching: Deliver high-quality technical instruction to a wide range of clients, including high-performance juniors, competitive adults, and recreational players. • Curriculum Design: Develop and implement structured training plans that emphasize modern footwork, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning. • Community Engagement: Lead social tennis mixers, cardio-tennis clinics, and internal tournament play to foster a vibrant academy culture. • Facility Advocacy: Maintain professional standards on and off the court, ensuring a safe and motivating environment for all athletes.
Candidate Requirements • Origin: Strong preference for candidates from Eastern European tennis hubs (Serbia, Poland, Romania, etc.). • Certifications: Mandatory international certification (ITF Level 2+, GPTCA, PTR, or equivalent National Federation license). • Education: A University Degree in Physical Education or Sports Science is highly advantageous for professional visa classification in Saudi Arabia. • Language: Fluency in English is required. • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of coaching experience, ideally with exposure to international or multi-sport academy environments.
The Package • Competitive Salary: 100-120k SAR annually • Housing Support: Either high-standard furnished accommodation or a monthly housing allowance. • Travel & Logistics: Annual round-trip airfare to home country and assistance with all Saudi residency (Iqama) procedures. • Medical Insurance • Incentive Structure: Commission-based bonuses for private coaching and program growth.
