Job duties and responsibilities

• Design and deliver effective padel coaching sessions for individuals and groups, catering to various skill levels.
• Deliver private lessons, group lessons and host social tournaments.
• Provide clear and concise instruction, demonstrating proper strokes, footwork, and positioning.
• Motivate and encourage players, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive coaching atmosphere, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Help train and coach junior team members, to improve their padel technique and coaching skills.
• May participate in promotional activities and help grow the padel community within the venue.

Candidate qualifications and skills

• Have and maintain an advanced coaching qualification and accreditation.
• Proven experience as a padel coach or playing padel at a competitive level.
• Strong knowledge of padel rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with players of all backgrounds.
• Ability to effectively demonstrate and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Passion for coaching and a desire to help players improve their game.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Patience, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• English language / Russian language in considered an advantage.
