Responsible for building programming, executing and growing the sport through Kids and Adult Academies and In House Programs and Lessons
Recognized Padel Coaching Certification ( , USPA, LTA, or international equivalents)
2+ years of coaching experience in a high-end club or academy setting.
Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse age groups
