What we are looking for:
- European resident (eligible to work and travel within Europe)
- Experience within the ITF pathway (juniors → Futures/Challengers)
- High playing level (strong national / ITF level background). Bonus not essential.
- Fluent English Essential (Italian, Russian, Chinese, Spanish bonus)

Candidate qualifications and skills
Professional Competencies:
Technical & Tactical Expertise
- Strong understanding of: Modern stroke production
- Biomechanics and movement patterns
- Match play strategy (especially junior → pro transition)
- Ability to: Identify technical inefficiencies quickly
- Build structured development plans with the team.
- Adapt coaching to different player profiles
- Essential ability to connect to the player.
Self-Awareness & Growth Mindset
- Clearly understands: Their coaching strengths, their limitations/development areas.
- Open to: Feedback from the head coach
- Continuous learning (systems, analytics, methodology)
