We are looking for a Hitting Partner / Assistant Coach to join a competitive tennis program in Xi’an, China.
The candidate must have an active and solid playing level, able to rally with competitive players aged 14–18, for approximately 3 hours per day, combined with additional coaching support duties.
You will work directly alongside a Head Coach with a strong ATP background, contributing to the development of the program and supporting daily operations.

The program is led by a Head Coach with ATP ranking around 300, focused on competitive player development.
Daily hitting sessions with competitive players

Strong tennis level (real hitting ability required)

Functional level of English
UTR or ITF ranking is a plus
