Tennis & Pickleball Coach (Mobile)
Our client is seeking a professionally dedicated Tennis and Pickleball Coach with a minimum of five years of coaching experience to join our growing team. This is a mobile coaching position, with lessons conducted primarily at clients’ private home courts across Grand Cayman.
Founded one year ago, our client is a young and expanding company focused on delivering high-quality, personalized coaching experiences.
The ideal candidate must hold a valid driver’s license, be comfortable driving on the left-hand side of the road, and possess basic first aid knowledge or certification. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a client-focused approach are essential.
The coach will receive:
- CI$3,000 monthly salary
- CI$10 per conducted lesson
- Company car
- One month of paid accommodation
- Health insurance fully covered by the company
- Additional skills in photography, video creation, and social media engagement are highly valued, as the coach will benefit from increased exposure and brand-building opportunities.
- This position begins on May 1, 2026, with a one-year contract that includes a three-month trial period.

Our client is a mobile tennis and pickleball coaching company offering private lessons at clients’ home courts. We provide personalized, professional instruction with a focus on convenience, quality, and player development for all ages and skill levels.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality tennis and pickleball coaching to individuals and small groups at clients’ private home courts
- Plan, structure, and conduct safe, effective, and engaging lessons tailored to each client’s skill level, goals, and abilities
- Travel independently to client locations using the company-provided vehicle
- Maintain a professional and punctual schedule, managing lesson times efficiently
- Provide technical instruction, including stroke development, footwork, tactics, and match play
- Ensure a safe coaching environment, following best practices and basic first aid procedures when required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service
- Represent professionally at all times
- Assist with photography and video recording of lessons or training sessions when required
- Participate in social media content and brand promotion, supporting the company’s growth and visibility
- Maintain coaching equipment and ensure all gear is used safely and responsibly
- Communicate regularly with management regarding scheduling, client feedback, and performance
- Comply with company policies, local regulations, and contract terms
Candidate qualifications and skills
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional coaching experience in tennis (pickleball experience required or strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to coach players of all ages and skill levels
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable and confident driving on the left-hand side of the road
- First aid knowledge or certification
Technical & Coaching Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of tennis and pickleball fundamentals, tactics, and match play
- Ability to design and deliver structured, engaging, and effective lessons
- Experience with private and small-group coaching
- Player development focus, including technique correction, footwork, and game strategy
- Safe coaching practices and injury awareness
