We are seeking an elite, high-performance private coach (male or female) to lead the development of two competitive juniors (ages 7 and 9) and one adult woman (age 30) in Boquete, Panama. Both children are dedicated athletes on a professional/collegiate trajectory, and we are looking for a technical expert to oversee their long-term growth. My wife (29) would like train for UTR and ITF matches. I am 38 years old and began playing at 5 years old up until College at a 4.5 USTA level in Florida. My sole focus is on them, but I would like someone who is a strong hitting partner with ability to hit at 11 - 12 UTR level.
Lucero Golf & Country Club - Premium Classic Clay courts.
Technical stroke production, movement mechanics, and tactical periodization.
Commitment: 15-18 hours per week of on-court instruction plus occasional tournament travel.
Certification: ITF Level 2/3, PTR Performance, or GPTCA preferred.
Proven track record in developing high-ranking juniors (U12/U14) or experience on the ATP/WTA/ITF circuit.
Must be energetic, level headed, detail-oriented, positive reinforcement and capable of creating a structured long-term development (UTR 10+ equivalent for the coach). Must be able to focus not only on structuring/nurturing game play but also physical conditioning as a performance coach.
Competitive monthly salary or day-rate commensurate with experience. Willing to find and or help with accommodation if accepting full time after 1 month trial.
