We are a modern and forward-thinking tennis academy based in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The company operates at two established tennis clubs: TC Blau-Weiß Leichlingen and TuS Moitzfeld (Bergisch Gladbach). Scope of Responsibilities – Tennis Coach (Limit Break GmbH)
As a tennis coach at Limit Break GmbH, you will deliver structured training sessions for both recreational and competitive players across various age groups. You will work within a permanent employment model, contributing to a stable and professional training environment in cooperation with two established tennis clubs.
Your role includes planning and conducting high-quality training sessions, adapting to different performance levels, and supporting the long-term athletic development of players. In addition, you are expected to actively contribute to the ongoing development of a modern tennis academy structure and collaborate within a team-oriented coaching environment.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking qualified tennis coaches holding a DTB license or a comparable certification who are comfortable working with both recreational and competitive players across different age groups. Ideal candidates are adaptable, team-oriented, and motivated to actively contribute to the development of a modern and professionally structured tennis academy.
We offer permanent employment within the German social security system, including full statutory coverage (health insurance, pension contributions, unemployment insurance and accident insurance) in accordance with German labor law.
As our primary target group consists of EU-based candidates, no visa process is typically required. However, we provide structured onboarding support to ensure a smooth start in Germany. This includes guidance regarding registration procedures, health insurance selection, banking setup and general administrative orientation.
We are happy to assist with practical relocation questions and can support the search for suitable accommodation near our club locations. At the same time, we expect candidates to take personal responsibility for organizing their private matters and settling into their new environment independently.
