We are seeking a Head Coach to lead a charitable foundation-backed program of our club. This program will select 4 to 8 most promising young tennis players aged 12–14 from across China. The core responsibilities of this role include overseeing their training sessions and accompanying them to competitions held within mainland China.
1.Our training venue is located at the renowned National Tennis Center in Beijing, the host site of the China Open. It currently features 7 indoor courts and multiple outdoor courts, ranking among the top-tier tennis facilities in Beijing.
2.Our Club is among the top three professional tennis clubs in Beijing, with approximately 500 enrolled students, the majority being junior players. Many elite young athletes from Beijing have trained long-term at our club and achieved outstanding competitive results.
3.Our Club has a coaching team of more than ten instructors, most of whom have professional playing backgrounds. Our coaching staff stands among the most professional in Beijing and nationwide, enjoying an excellent reputation across the Beijing region.
1.Lead players through group training sessions and private one-on-one coaching sessions
2.Accompany them to competitions, predominantly those held within China
3.Help them improve their tennis skills and develop tactical playing styles tailored to their individual strengths
4.Consistently boost their rankings through tangible outcomes, cultivating them into top-tier junior tennis athletes in China
1.Former professional tennis player with a career ATP ranking within the top 200
2.Aged between 35 and 45 years old
3.Possess 6 to 10 years of coaching experience
4.Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
Monthly base salary: US$6,000
Bonus: US$2,000–3,000
Housing allowance: US$500
One rest day per week
14 days of unpaid leave per year
