Job Summary

We are looking for a head padel coach for our two sports clubs in Bali. Padel is becoming very popular in Bali and we are looking for someone to come over from Europe or S. America that can help with training and coaching. We need the applicant to have good English and communication skills and past experience teaching padel from beginners to intermediate level players.  Expect to coach around 30 hours per week. Come coach padel and enjoy living in Bali.

Venue and Company description

We are opening two locations. One location is in the vibrant hub of Canggu. We are starting with 3 courts opening in June 2023, but will expand to 6 courts after the initial 3 courts are open. The second location is in an area called Uluwatu.  This is opening in March 2023 and we are starting with 4 courts. This location has ability to add 3-6 more courts in 2024.   All the courts are covered with roof but are not completely enclosed.

Job duties and responsibilities

• Coaching group and individual lessons 5-6 hours a day.
• Help organize weekly social events and monthly tournaments.
• No need to manage daily operations of sports center.
• Responsibilities will be for coaching only

Candidate qualifications and skills

• Previous padel coaching required.
• Be able to communicate in English
• Willingness and excitement to move to Bali for this position.
