A premier training center in Delray Beach, FL, is seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused High-Performance Developmental Coach to lead and inspire our junior and professional players. Our academy has consistently produced ITF Top-10 juniors and guided athletes to prestigious collegiate programs and beyond. Create structured, progressive training plans tailored to each player’s developmental stage and long-term goals.
Deliver high-intensity on-court training sessions emphasizing technique, tactics, footwork, and match play strategies.
Oversee tournament scheduling, match preparation, and performance analysis for academy players.
Provide mentorship and foster discipline, professionalism, and a winning mindset both on and off the court.
Collaborate with fitness trainers, physiotherapists, and academy staff to ensure holistic athlete development.
Communicate effectively with parents, agents, and academy leadership regarding player progress and needs.
Uphold Tennis Academy’s culture of excellence, accountability, and integrity.
Proven experience coaching nationally or internationally ranked juniors and/or professional players.
PTR, ITF, or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of player development systems, including 10U pathways, ITF junior circuit, and professional transitions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally for training blocks and tournaments.
Passion for developing players and a relentless commitment to high standards.
Preferred-strong preference for playing experience at high level ATP/ITF
