Job Summary
An experienced and passionate Padel Coach responsible for teaching players of all levels the techniques, tactics, and physical conditioning required to improve their game. Delivers engaging and structured training sessions, assesses player performance, and fosters a positive and motivating environment. Works with individuals and groups to develop skills, improve fitness, and promote a love for the sport. Also responsible for organizing matches, evaluating progress, and ensuring safe and professional coaching practices.

Our center features top-of-the-line padel courts, experienced coaches certified by international and national federations, and a welcoming atmosphere designed to inspire growth, wellness, and enjoyment.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Design structured lessons tailored to players’ skill levels (beginner to advanced).
- Focus on technique, tactical awareness, footwork, and physical conditioning.
- Teach fundamentals such as grip, swing mechanics, positioning, and shot selection.
- Develop players’ understanding of match strategies and court awareness.
- Observe and evaluate players’ strengths and areas for improvement.
- Give clear, constructive feedback and set measurable goals.
Candidate qualifications and skills
- Certification in Padel Coaching from a recognized federation
- Former or current professional padel player
- Aged 25–40
- Charismatic and personable – a natural on and off the court
- Able to be the face of Avion, represent our brand in public and media
- Unmarried or flexible to relocate full-time to Jakarta
- Speaks English fluently (neutral or light accent preferred)
- Coaching certification or prior coaching experience is a strong plus
