Tennis Coach

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Tennis Coach for a full time, permanent position

to work with our Senior Coaches and to complement our internationally experienced coaching

team.

Venue and Company description

we are one of the leading Tennis Academies in Europe,

centrally located in the heart of Germany. ATP and WTA Tour players, promising future talents

from around the globe, along with enthusiastic junior players all train at our home base.

Job duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for daily tennis sessions at the professional department
• Cooperation and daily work with coaches in the professional and junior department
• Planing of tennis sessions
• Scouting
• Supporting the Coaches in the organizational process at the professional department (weekly plan, tournament schedules, coaching card, schedules for the coaches etc)
• Support in the junior and developement department if needed
• Supporting players at tournaments
• Organization of tournament trips
• Administrativ tasks

Candidate qualifications and skills

» Is a team player, with excellent communication skills, dedicated & reliable

» Can work autonomously and independently both on and off the court

» Is available to work weekends

» Is available to travel to tournaments with TU players around 20 weeks per year

» Has experience as a hitting partner of ITF and ATP/WTA players

» Has a structured, customer and service-oriented way of working

» Is in possession of a valid coach license and a driving license

» Can handle basic Microsoft Office applications

» Has already a work permit in Germany

» Is fluent in English
