Job Summary

• We are now looking for a new certified Male Padel Coach to be the main coach of Albania Padel Group and of course to grow with us and become an important figure of the federation and national team.
• Is important that the coach knows good English (and/or Italian is a plus); to be patient; have excellent communication skills; is certified to train players of different ages and levels from 4/5 years old to professional players of 30 years old; is willing to travel/move to another country; young and ambitious with a will to grow; at least 2 years of experience as a Padel Coach needed.

Venue and Company description

• Albania Padel Group is the 1st & Biggest Indoor Padel Center in the Balkans and has the 1st and only Padel Courts in the whole Albania.
• We offer a 360 degrees experience with everything needed to practice the sport from high quality courts produced by Italian Padel (with which we have exclusivity for whole Albania for 5 years), changing rooms, showers, bar, physiotherapy, all the equipment needed from Dropshot (with which we also have exclusivity for whole Albania for 5 years) and we collaborate with Playtomic as well, best booking system for Padel.
• We were first established and fully operative on the 1st of December 2021 and since then our aim has always been establishing the Albanian Padel Federation and conquer Albania and the Balkans opening 250 courts in the next 5 years, promoting and growing this amazing sport in order to make it explode and make it as big of a movement in the Balkans as it is in Europe.
• In 10 months only we have managed to close more than 600 members and make it the fastest-growing sport in Albania. We have organized 16 Tournaments until now. We have also created a Kids Academy to grow the young kids with this innovative sport and build the future Padel National Team.
• We have also just been recognized as a member of the International Padel Federation.
