Who We Are
We are an tennis academy created in 2019 in Mauritius.
As the founder, coach, and director, I currently lead a team of 5 coaches, with 3 tennis courts and around 260 active players.
We organize lessons, events, tournaments, and social evenings, always driven by passion and community spirit.
We now aim to bring this same energy and philosophy to our new padel club (3 courts) — building an academy full of life, fun, and ambition.
Your Missions
Develop the padel academy through individual and group lessons.
Create and organize recruitment events and social activities.
Plan and manage tournaments and regular competitions.
Participate in the club’s daily life and administration.
Profile
We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable, sociable,serious and dynamic, who brings ideas and takes initiative.
A coaching certificate is the minimum requirement, but strong teaching skills and solid pedagogy are the foundation of our academy.
A good level of French and English is also required.
Compensation
60,000 MUR per month for 80 hours of lessons.
1,000 MUR for each additional lesson.
Additional time allocated for club life, events, and tournaments.
A 13th-month salary based on the 60,000 MUR rate.
Minimum 2-year contract.
