Our Akademia Pro Tenis is looking for a motivated and passionate Tennis Coach to join our growing team in Toruń, Poland. We work with competitive junior players aged U10–U16 and focus on long-term player development, professional coaching, and tournament preparation.

Position Overview
Coaching junior players (U10–U16)
Delivering individual and group tennis sessions
Supporting player development and tournament preparation
Assisting during national and international tournaments (PZT, TE, ITF)
Creating and implementing training plans

Responsibilities
Coaching competitive junior players
Conducting private and group lessons
Preparing and managing training programs
Supporting players during tournaments and trips
Monitoring player progress and development
Requirements
Minimum PZT instructor license (or equivalent national coaching qualification)
Former competitive player experience preferred
Good or very good tennis level
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work with children and teenagers
High level of commitment and professionalism
Tournament coaching experience is an advantage
