Job Summary

The coach will be in charge of:

• Coaching sessions for individuals and groups
• Coaching Clinics
• Creating and implementing coaching programs
• Review of players
• Maintaining coaching aids
• Participating in club events
• Participating in Tournaments (with prizes and bonuses for winning)

Venue and Company description

The Ace Padel Club is a series of clubs located in Indonesia.

Our first club is in Jakarta, Indonesia with 5 WPT standard courts in a warehouse cover. The minimum height is 8m with maximum height of 12m. 

Our facilities include:
– Seating for 50 pax

– Cafe and F&B service

– Gender separated showers and lockers (air conditioned)

– Sauna and Cold Plunge

– Deck for viewing

Job duties and responsibilities

The coach will be in charge of:

Coaching sessions for individuals and groups – minimum 6 hours per day for 5 days
Coaching Clinics – creating events for children, ladies
Review of players – improvement records, advise and long term coaching plan
Maintaining coaching aids – keeping a record of and checking condition

Candidate qualifications and skills

Minimum 5 years Padel Experience

Coaching minimum 2 years

Salary of Euro 2,500 with 120 hours of coaching per month
