Our Tennis Academy is seeking a full-time Tennis Coach to join our dynamic and growing team in Spain. We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and passionate professional who is committed to developing players from junior level (6 years old) all the way to professional competition. Our Tennis Academy is an elite training center located in Spain, focused on providing world-class tennis education for promising athletes aged 6 to 24. Our mission is to guide each player toward excellence through a personalized and professional approach that combines technical, tactical, physical, and mental development. The academy offers modern facilities, international coaching staff, and a competitive yet family-oriented atmosphere that promotes growth on and off the court.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Conduct daily training sessions adapted to players’ developmental stages.
- Accompany players to tournaments and provide on-site coaching and match analysis.
- Monitor players’ progress and maintain communication with parents and staff.
- Contribute to the overall methodology and long-term player development philosophy of 4Slam Tennis.
- Support the transition of players from junior to professional level.
Candidate qualifications and skills
- Strong playing level and solid technical knowledge of tennis.
- Coaching experience with competitive juniors or professional players.
- Valid documentation to work legally in Spain (EU passport or work permit).
- Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is highly desirable.
- Availability to travel with players to national and international tournaments.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to plan and deliver individualized and group training sessions.
