Our Tennis Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Tennis Coach to join our growing team in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering coaching sessions to players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to competitive athletes. You will play a key role in improving player performance and fostering a positive and motivating environment on and off the court.
The Tennis Coach will work closely with academy management to support player development pathways, organize training sessions, and contribute to camps, tournaments, and special events. A strong understanding of modern coaching techniques, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for tennis are essential.

- Plan, organize, and deliver high-quality tennis coaching sessions for players of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement structured training programs aligned with the academy’s coaching philosophy
- Assess player performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
- Monitor and track player progress, setting individual goals and development plans
- Prepare players for tournaments, including technical, tactical, and mental coaching
- Assist in the organization and execution of tennis camps, clinics, and academy events
- Ensure a safe, professional, and positive training environment at all times
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and academy staff regarding progress and schedules
- Stay up to date with modern coaching techniques and participate in ongoing professional development
- Support promotional activities and help grow the academy’s player base
- Uphold the values and standards of VS Tennis Academy both on and off the court
- Certified tennis coaching qualification ( , DTB Trainer License, PTR or equivalent international certification)
- Proven experience coaching players of various ages and skill levels, including juniors and competitive athletes
- Strong technical and tactical knowledge of tennis, including modern training methodologies
- Ability to design and implement structured training programs tailored to individual and group needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and organizational skills
- Experience in organizing and supervising tournaments, camps, and events is a plus
- Physically fit and able to actively participate in on-court training sessions
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required
- Passion for player development and long-term athlete progression
- EU citizenship preferred/EU work permitt
