11/2015 - Present Private Coach on ATP World Tour - Working with ATP Players coaching, programing their on and off court training, scheduling and tournament travel. - 2017 Coach of Radu Albot & Matthew Ebden. -Albot had another solid year ending ranked 89, reached his first ATP tour Quarterfinal in Antalya, reached the 2nd round at Wimbledon for the 2nd consecutive year and reached the 3rd round at the US open for the first time in his career. He played 2 challenger finals and won the Challenger title in Shenzhen. - Ebden was the 2017 ATP ranking biggest mover from 699 up to 74 after being injured most of 2016. He qualified in 6 ATP tour events and reached the Quarterfinals in the ATP event in Memphis & the Final of the ATP event in Newport, he won 2 challenger titles in Canberra and Toyota. - Nov - Dec 2017 Pre season training with Gael Monfils and Radu Albot. Gael started 2018 winning the ATP title in Doha. - 2016 Coach of Radu Albot, he had his best year to date including 55 match wins along with 3 challenger titles in Furth, Fergana and Poznan, winning a main draw round for the first time at a Grand Slam at Wimbledon, first win over a top 25 opponent (Johnson) in Stockholm and ending his season ranked in the top 100 for the first time in his career. - Nov / Dec 2015 Pre Season training with Radu Albot - Various Consulting to tennis federations including scheduling and planning, training block outlines and development planning. - Various Coach education presentations.

07/2015 - 02/2017 CFO & Business Development Director, Dental Boutique & Med Spa. - Chief Financial Officer and Business Development Director for a Cosmetic Dental / Medical Spa practice. Full time from July 15 - Dec 2015 then part time as a business partner as an additional work load to my main career. - Oversight of all the financial aspects of the business managing 2M of annual revenue. - Business Development Director for business expansion including opening of additional locations. - Senior Manager for 8 employee's with Director of Operations reporting directly to me.

07/2011 - 07/2015 National Head Coach - Tennis Australia Served as the National Head Coach running the Sydney National Academy Program based at the Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Center. The program housed the countries elite players at the time including Jordan Thompson and Alex DeMinaur. I headed the team of high performance national academy coaches, national academy manager and sports science staff including physical performance coaches, nutritionists, psychologists, physiotherapists and a part time sports Dr. Reviewed and restructured the training program and philosophy. Raised the overall expectations for all the players and staff in the fundamental areas of Professionalism, Intensity, Work Ethic, Self Responsibility, Periodized training planning and tournament scheduling. Improved and oversaw the specific quality of coaching being delivered by requiring more detailed longer term player development plans, more structured short term objectives that were visibly being worked on a daily basis at the academy that were in line with the longer term objectives and goals in the players development plans. Oversaw and managed the national academy budget including staffing, equipment and national and international travel for players, teams and coaches. Acted as a National Selector for National Team representation, Tournament Wild Cards including Australian Open and National Academy program acceptance. At various times worked with the Coach Education department to deliver presentations, talks and Q & A’s at coach education workshops, I was an on court presenter for their High Performance coaching qualification courses. Organized and ran National training camps and overseas training camps including at the TA European base in Munich, Germany. Attended senior player development strategy meetings, worked closely with the head of player development to implement new structures and objectives. As a Head coach I was a leader for the rest of the national coaching team on and off the court. In March 2013 I was relocated to the newly built National Tennis Center at Melbourne Park the new number one facility in the country with the majority of the countries elite junior and transitioning professional players now being based there. I was assigned a new focus as a National coach as part of a restructure now coaching and developing the country’s elite 16 - 21 year old transitioning professional mens players. Working with an elite group of coaches and players including Alex Bolt, Luke Saville, Nick Kyrgios, Omar Jasika, Blake Mott, Andrew Harris, Marc Polmans, and Andrew Whittington at the training center. Traveling extensively internationally. I traveled 38 plus weeks per year to support our transitioning professional players. During this period one of the youngest in the group Omar Jasika made history in 2014 being the first junior to win singles and doubles titles at the US Open in 27 years as a 17 year old and then moved his ATP ranking over 800 places in under 12 months including winning his first 2 professional titles. Alex Bolt and Andrew Whittington reached the quarterfinals of the Men’s doubles at the Australian open beating the reigning ATP Finals champions in the 2nd round. I worked with and supported all the Australian men’s players at various events on the ATP and Challenger tours. I played a small part in the overall improvement of the number of Australian men ranked in the top 200 of the ATP rankings increasing to its largest number in 15+ years.

06/2010 - 07/2011 Partner & Co Director: The Harold Solomon Tennis Institute Working alongside Harold Solomon to direct the Institutes programs, coach and develop the institutes junior and professional players. Structure the Physical Programs and Oversee and Educate the Institutes coaching team. Responsible for marketing and promoting the academy and identifying and recruiting new players. The Institute had several ATP and WTA professional players as well as several of the worlds top young junior players.

11/2008 - 06/2010 Tennis Operations Director, 6th Sense Tennis Academies Justine Henin & Carlos Rodriguez’s newly launched 6th Sense tennis academies projects with academies in Belgium, USA and China .Working with our WTA team players, including traveling to Grand Slam & select events coaching & representing 6th Sense. Directing the USA academy program in Orlando, Florida as well as assigned to coach, develop & travel with the highest ranked teenage WTA player in the world at that time Zarina Diyas as part of a joint project between 6th Sense and the Kazakhstan Tennis Federation including Fed Cup support. Spent time in Orlando, Kazakhstan and on the WTA Circuit.

05/2005 - 11/2008 Private Coach for International Junior & Professional Players Worked with & helped develop ITF world number 1 junior Ricardas Berankis (2007 US Open junior champion) including working full time with him from Oct 2007 to Oct 2008 as he transitioned from #1 junior onto the ATP tour. Worked with and developed several top 50 ITF ranked juniors,, coached ATP players Kristian Pless & Go Soeda at various times through this period. Responsible for Coaching , Training and traveling to ITF junior, ATP and Grand Slam events, planning and scheduling, physical conditioning and overall development planning for the players.

11/2002 - 05/2005 Group Supervisor, Harry Hopman Tennis Academy , Saddlebrook Resort Member of a team focused to develop junior and professional players , providing training for several ATP & WTA players based at the facility. Setting up and conducting several specific high performance training camps for players in November / December including joint camps with USTA national coaches for players in 1986 & 87 birth years. Supervisor for one of the academies largest groups of 40 players and 9 coaches year round.

01/2000 - Present Players Worked With: Gael Monfils, Matthew Ebden, Radu Albot, Omar Jasika (2014 US Open Junior Champion), Alex Bolt, Jordan Thompson, Marc Polmans, Ricardas Berankis (ITF # 1 Junior, 2007 US Open Junior Champion), Alex DeMinaur, Vera Dushevina, Go Soeda, Kristian Pless, Frank Dancevic, Evgeniya Rodina, Zarina Diyas, Jose Muguruzza (16’s Orange Bowl winner) , Tim Neilly, Lazare Kukhalashvilli (12’s Orange Bowl Champion, 14’s world teen tennis winner), Allie Kiick (2010 16’s Orange Bowl Champion). Spent extensive time training on court and working with top 10 players in 2003 , 2004 & 2005 when based at Saddlebrook. Have experience working with and developing players at various ages, levels and stages of their careers including having coached junior orange bowl world champions in 12’s, 14’s, 16’s and 18’s age groups through to top ITF world ranked juniors as well as top 100 in the men’s and women’s rankings, experience with Davis and Fed Cup and International junior team competitions.

01/1998 - 05/2001 Tennis Professional, Van Der Meer World Class Tennis Academy Worked alongside and learnt from Dennis Van Der Meer in his large adult and junior tennis programs , hitting partner for several ATP & WTA players training at the facility. Taught Adult and junior clinics , private lessons as well as in junior academy program. Traveled to Sectional , National and ITF tournaments as part of academies traveling team. Head Professional for Van Der Meer’s Sweet Briar summer camp (summer 2000) heading a team of 18 coaches alongside Dennis Van Der Meer with over 100 students. Traveled to conduct Various Clinics alongside Dennis Van Der Meer. Became a course instructor and International Tester for PTR certification and professional development courses (2000).

01/1997 - 01/1998 Professional Tennis Management Internship, Van Der Meer Tennis University.
