  • Racquet Stringing
  • Tournament Management
  • League Management
  • Junior Programming
  • Adult Programming
  • Front Desk Operations
  • Summer Country Club Operations
  • High School Coaching
  • Clay Court Experience
  • Teamwork between different club departments (Aquatics, Fitness, Child-Care, Maintenance, etc…)
  • Team work between club and USTA, USPTA, USPTR, etc…
  • Tennis in Elementary Schools

Our goal is to provide the experience and tools needed to become a fantastic Racquet Sports Director. Our 85,000 sq. ft. facility includes 7 indoor tennis courts & 6 outdoor, plus 3 racquetball courts. In addition to the racquet sports, We have a large state-of-the art fitness area with cardio equipment and fitness studios including a spinning studio, large heated pool, hot tub, saunas, and a steam room. The current racquet sports program includes a full schedule of tennis & pickleball leagues, lessons, group clinics, & tournaments, and in 2012 the USTA awarded the program its Western Michigan “Facility of the Year” honor. This is a terrific opportunity to work and learn alongside a Racquet Sports Director who has served as a Michigan USPTA President and is a two-time USPTA Michigan Professional of the Year. Compensation will be a mix of salary plus hourly on-court. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement plan, and paid vacation. Saint Joseph, Michigan is located in Michigan’s “Great Southwest” and is one of the many quaint towns on Michigan’s Sunset Coast and only 90 minutes from Chicago.
