Club Coach opportunity

Experience of bringing players through from beginner/club level to competition standard would be good as well as knowledge of the “She Rallies” programme which we want to introduce and support at the club. The candidate should be able to work in several different environments including clubs, local primary schools and a girl’s independent school. A current DBS is therefore essential. The Autumn programme begins on Saturday 9th September 2017.

 

The candidate will be involved in the delivery and management of our comprehensive club programme, which includes running groups at the club, working in local schools and running holiday camps.

 

Role

  • 12-14 hours of group coaching per week including guaranteed school work
  • Excellent opportunity for individual coaching
  • Help with marketing of schools and club programmes
  • Organisation of tournaments and events
  • Opportunity to string rackets as an additional source of income

 

The applicant must be:

  • LTA Accredited
  • Current DBS
  • LTA Level 3 Coach or equivalent (possibly very experienced Level 2)
  • Hold a First Aid certificate 
  • Have a professional image and be reliable & punctual
  • Highly personal with excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
