•1    Planning/preparation/development of all academy programs.

•2    Supervising all programs and ensuring the progress of all players.

•3    Full supervision on all academy players from all technical aspects and follow-up of players' development.

•4    Full supervision on coaching team and maintaining the development of their performance at work through periodical meetings/lectures/training courses and ensuring their commitment to all their responsibilities and duties and following all rules and regulations.

•5    Preparing and supervising the General Practice Plans including the Daily Practice Plans through the program goals with the coaching team and preparing players' reports for the parents.

•6    Preparing and planning Performance Tennis program and team through developing a complete plan (training plan, goals, tournaments' planning...etc.) and complete preparation of players' reports.

•7    Preparing and organizing the academy's internal tournaments plan as part of the training plan.

•8    Coordination with Fitness team (Coaching team) for producing a work plan for academy players.

•9    Preparing/planning/coordinating with Admin. Team to produce all General Practice Plans for academy programs.

•10  Planning with Management team to prepare coaching team development plan (training courses/workshops...etc.) and supervising their completion.

•11  Complete cooperation and support of the Management team in all activities (tournaments/events...etc.).

•12  Executing all duties in a professional manner.

•13  Working on the achievement of the academy's goals as part of Palm Hills Developments company goals.

Education:

•1    University degree.

•2    ITF coaching level 3 or other similar certified international certificates in the fields of training and tennis...etc.

Work Experience: Minimum 10 years.

PC Knowledge: Complete knowledge of internet navigation and office computer program.

Technical skills:

•1    Experience in the administrative part of the tennis field and preferably in sports marketing.

•2    Proficiency in organization/communication/innovation/initiative at work.

•3    Accuracy at work.

Personal skills:

•1    Leadership.

•2    Someone who loves working in the field of sports and loves dealing with children and supporting them in achieving their goals whether on a personal level or in the tennis field.

Special requirements:

Languages: English (excellent) and preferably other languages like French/Spanish.
