Coaching position:

Head Coach

 

Location:

 Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the Unites Arab Emirates

 

Qualification:

 Internationally  accredited tennis coaching qualification , valid  driver's license, fitness trainer certificate and the ability to administer senior first aid is recommended

 

Overview/Responsibilities:

The head coach will have the responsibility to supervise and conduct  pre approved tennis lessons with kids from  the age of 5 to 18 . They will also conduct private lessons, ladies and adult clinics and run local tournaments. The head coaches' role will also be to supervise junior coaches and to make sure they are in compliance with the standards of the academy

 

Remunerations:

The successful applicant  will be required to work no more than 40 hours a week  with one and a half days off each week

 

They will also need to assist  the company in its promotional events  and tournaments and assume some administrative responsibilities and preparing report cards and video analysis for students each trimester or when required

 

The salary plus commission will be approximately 12,000 AED a month, based on a pre-determined commission structure. There is no income tax in the UAE

 

They will receive accommodation, access to a car, an annual return flight home and a basic salary of 3,000 AED during the off season summer months of July and August.

 

We a recommend that the applicant  understands or is willing to be trained on functional and fundamental movement skills as our core philosophy places significant emphasis on the above strategies within our programs

 

This role is for an individual who wants the challenge of working in an overseas environment and experience a new culture and who has a minimum of 2 years working experience  in a well-structured academy prior. The applicant must be able to work independently as well as being a team player who can lead and engage in good relationship with junior coaches as well as students and parents.

 

  

 Starting date and applications due by what date:

 The  date of commencement will be on 1st October and the contract will be for 2 years with the option to renew for another  year.
