Coaching position:

Head Coach Position Available - Dubai or Abu Dhabi (UAE)

Qualification:

• - Internationally recognized senior qualification,
• - Valid driver's license
• - Fitness trainer certificate and the ability to administer senior first aid is recommended

Overview/Responsibilities:

Applicants are preferably single and between 21 - 35yrs old. Willing to live and work in Dubai or Abu Dhabi (UAE).

The successful applicant must be able to take directions and train under senior staff and work well in a team environment. We are looking for someone who has initiative and drive, and wants to experience new challenges in a different cultural experience.

The successful applicant will conduct pre-approved programs for kids groups from 5 yrs to 18yrs, assist in men's and ladies' clinics as well as providing private lessons. The Head Coach will assist the company in its promotional events and tournaments and assume administrative responsibilities, including preparing report cards for students each trimester. A regular week will consist of 42 hours on average ON COURT with one  day off.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years working experience in a well-structured academy prior. The applicant must be able to work independently as well as being a team player who can lead and engage in good relationship with junior coaches as well as students and parents.

The head coach's role will be to supervise junior coaches and to make sure they are in compliance with the standards of TENNIS THREE SIXTY.

Remunerations:

The salary and commission with transport allowance will be approximately between 11,000 to 14,000 AED a month based on a pre-determined commission structure. There is no income tax in the UAE. The successful applicant will also receive single accommodation and an airfare allowance annually.

Starting date and applications due by what date:

• - The start date will be between 27 October - 5 Nov 2011.
• - The contract will be for 2 years with the option to renew for another year, and a 3-month probation period.
